国际学生2019年寒假安排及相关通知

各位国际学生：

根据学校通知，现将有关寒假安排通知如下：

一、时间安排：全体国际学生自2019年1月19日起放寒假，于 2月25日报到、正式开始上课。

二、寒假期间，考虑到国际学生实际生活与学校管理需要，我校国际学生一律不予安排留校。建议所有国际学生提前安排归国行程，离校前请告知班主任登记寒假去向并签订寒假离校安全承诺书。

三、 假期结束后所有学生要按时返校报到，如有特殊情况须本人提前请假，并填写国际学生请假表，须通过电话等方式请假。病假须医院证明，买不到机票的理由将不被接受。开学一周后仍没有按时回校上课的学生将按旷课处理。

四、学生离校前需整理好自己的生活用品（书籍、衣物、证件等），贵重物品严禁存放在宿舍内，关好宿舍门窗，切断房间电源。将房间钥匙上缴国际教育学院（行政楼420办公室），在入学报到时取回。

五、在归国旅途中或外出旅行时，注意人身财产安全。

Notice about 2019 Winter Vacation Arrangement for International Students

All International Students,

According to the school notice, the winter vacation arrangement is hereby notified as follows:

1. Time arrangement: all international students will have a winter vacation from January 19, 2019, and the class will start on February 25, 2019.

2. Considering the actual life and management needs, international students of our school will not be allowed to stay on campus during the winter vacation. It is recommended that all international students arrange their return trip in advance. Please inform the head teacher to register your plan of winter vacation and sign the letter of commitment for leaving school in winter vacation before leaving school.

3. All students should return to school on time after the vacation. In case of special circumstances, you should ask for leave in advance, fill in the application form for international students and ask for leave from head teacher by phone. Sick leave must be certified by the hospital and the reason for not getting a ticket will not be accepted. Students who fail to return to school on time without justified cause will be punished as truant.

4. Students should tidy up their daily necessities (books, clothes, certificates, etc.) before leaving school. Valuables are strictly prohibited to be stored in the dormitory. Hand in your room key to our office room 420, Xingzheng building before January 19, 2019 and get it back when you register.

5. Pay attention to personal and property safety when returning home or traveling.
