Dr. Sana Irshad, Pakistani female, born in 1992, PhD graduate (2017-2020) from China University of Geosciences Wuhan. Her research direction is Environmental Biotechnology and currently working as an Associate professor at College of Chemistry and Biological Engineering, Hunan University of Science and Engineering. He holds post doctorates from Shenzhen University (2021-2024) under the supervision of Prof. Qiang Hu.
Research directions: Microalgae, Environmental Biotechnology, Bioremediation, metabolomics, proteomics, stress and antioxidant response mechanism.
Scientific research work: Dr. Sana has published more than 65 SCI papers in reputed journals of Hazardous materials, Renewable and sustainable energy reviews, Food Engineering, Environmental Pollution, Journal of waste process, Environmental science and pollution Research and engineering and Biology.
Research awards: She has participated in Global Cleantech Innovation Programme for in Pakistan organized by United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and won second prize. Her graduation thesis was nominated for best thesis award by school of environmental sciences, China University of Geosciences (CUG), Wuhan in 2020 and won high level paper award by same CUG as well.
