周志武,男,1977年生,中共党员,副教授,博士,博士研究生,硕士导师,高级工程师,注册试验师,湖南科技学院以高级人才+学科带头人(第二层次)人才全职引进,全职在西班牙·瓦伦西亚理工大学(Polytechnic University of Valencia-UPV,2022年QS排名321名,GRAS土木工程专业排名50名)交通基础设施与领土专业从事博士(兼副研究员)工作,博士学位答辩成绩10分(满分),2023年度获UPV优秀博士称号和西班牙王国杰出博士奖、2024年度获西班牙UPV博士论文特别奖一等奖。
